About the role
You will lead a team of engineers and researchers in developing AI/ML solutions for healthcare. Set technical direction and architecture for AI projects. Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation. Bridge the gap between research and production, ensuring successful deployment of AI systems.
Requirements
BS/MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field • 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering • 3+ years of technical leadership experience • Strong understanding of ML systems • Excellent communication and mentorship skills • Track record of delivering complex AI projects.

Interview process

Our team will review your application within one week of receipt. If your application passes this initial screening, you'll be invited to a 30-minute phone interview where a team member will ask basic questions to get to know you. Candidates who successfully complete the phone interview will proceed to the main selection process, which consists of three stages:
1. Problem solving: Demonstrate practical skills in a live problem-solving session.
2. Walkthrough: Deep-dive into your past work.
3. Final coversational interview with CEO
Our goal is to finish the main process within one week. All interviews will be conducted via Google Meet. Decisions and offers will be provided within 2 weeks of finishing main process.
Compensation
$170k-400k + Offers Equity
