Our team is small, highly motivated, and focused on engineering excellence. We operate with a flat organizational structure. All engineers and researchers are expected to have strong communication skills. They should be able to concisely and accurately share knowledge with their teammates.

About the role

You will develop and maintain full-stack web applications for our healthcare platform. Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks. Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that directly impact patient care.

Requirements

BS/MS in Computer Science or related field • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript • Experience with React and modern frontend development • Knowledge of backend frameworks and API design • Understanding of database design and optimization.

Tech stack

TypeScript, Python

React, Express, PostgreSQL

PostgreSQL, SQLite, and other relational databases

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure

Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies like Docker

Interview process

Our team will review your application within one week of receipt. If your application passes this initial screening, you'll be invited to a 30-minute phone interview where a team member will ask basic questions to get to know you. Candidates who successfully complete the phone interview will proceed to the main selection process, which consists of three stages:

1. Problem solving: Demonstrate practical skills in a live problem-solving session.
2. Walkthrough: Deep-dive into your past work.
3. Final coversational interview with CEO

Our goal is to finish the main process within one week. All interviews will be conducted via Google Meet. Decisions and offers will be provided within 2 weeks of finishing main process.

Compensation

$140k-320k + Offers Equity
