About the role

You will implement and optimize AI models for healthcare applications. Translate research prototypes into production-ready systems. Develop solutions for medical data processing, clinical decision support, and patient care optimization. Work closely with research scientists and engineering teams to deploy AI solutions that improve healthcare outcomes.

Requirements

Expert in ML and fine-tuning large language models.
Experience in developing and managing large-scale machine learning systems.
Familiar with the latest prompting techniques.
Passion for making delightful consumer products with cutting edge technology

Interview process

Our team will review your application within one week of receipt. If your application passes this initial screening, you'll be invited to a 30-minute phone interview where a team member will ask basic questions to get to know you. Candidates who successfully complete the phone interview will proceed to the main selection process, which consists of three stages:

1. Problem solving: Demonstrate practical skills in a live problem-solving session.
2. Walkthrough: Deep-dive into your past work.
3. Final coversational interview with CEO

Our goal is to finish the main process within one week. All interviews will be conducted via Google Meet. Decisions and offers will be provided within 2 weeks of finishing main process.

Compensation

$140k-320k + Offers Equity
